Donations and membership dues are deductible from Federal Income Tax. The JABA Club is designated as a 501 (c) (3) organization by the IRS. Federal Employer Identification Number is 59-2288753. The JABA Club does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender expression, age, disability or sexual orientation. The primary purpose is to help anyone that suffers from substance abuse.
